I visited Warsaw 3 years ago, but due to a lack of accomodation i only saw the central area around the train station. Over the last 3 years though, Warsaw has developed its tourist infrastructure and is bustling with foreign backpackers. I only planned to stay here 4 nights, but like many places i expect nothing from, there was a lot to be found and i was sad to leave after 10 nights.
If you are willing to walk a lot, then Warsaw has a lot to offer. Other than the regular tourist attractions such as the Uprising Museum, Royal Way, Old Town, Russian Market, Palace of Culture and Science etc there are also some beautiful parks and gardens and a vibrant, interesting nightlife.
