39 months, Europe, Asia the Middle East and Africa. Whale Sharks, Manta Rays, Pandas, Elephants, Bears, Komodo Dragons, Turtles, Tigers, Bulls. Pyramids, Petra, Ephesus, Kremlin, Great Wall, Angkor, Bagan, Persepolis, Trans Siberian railway and fantastic travbuddys! Stolen bags, crowbar threats, 1 landmine explosion, bank robbery, 2 motorbike crashes, 2 bus crashes, pancreatis, erosion of the liver and kidneys, BUT im still here and telling my tale! Another missed train

People i met here, who contributed to and improved my trip: Juliana (Russia)

After having a shot too many of rice wine in Yangshuo, we unfortunately missed our train from Guilin to Nanning. Sadly we were not as lucky as in Shanghai, having to pay the full price of another ticket, with not even a partial refund on our unused ones. This meant that we stayed for one more night in the Flowers Hostel and ate what would be our last McDonalds and KFC for at least 3 months, until we reached Bangkok, so at least it wasn't a waste of time!?!?
