Back to San Telmo

So this is our 2.5 year trip!! One year on the long and bumpy road of South and Central America. Our second year started off with 12 weeks in New Zealand, then we headed to Australia! Eagerly clutching our working holiday visas we stayed in Australia for one year for work and travel. The last leg of our 30-month trip was 3.5 months in SE Asia. (We are home now and oh how we miss travelling!)

Back to San Telmo

We are now back in San Telmo, with its lovely cobbled streets, Plaza cafes and home of the Tango.

It has been Sunday market day today with hundreds of stalls of jewellery, art work and junk. Performers, musicians and Tango dancers a-plenty. The city has also been buzzing with anticipation of the Boca Juniors V River Plate football game, the biggest rivalry match of the two Buenos teams. River Plate won by the way.
