After traveling from place to place for a couple days...we stopped in Venice, it was great. Everyone says it smells but they are wrong...it didn't smell at all. The only problem was that it was very hard to navigate between the streets over the canals. It was like a maze.
But San Marcos Square is really a place to see. It is not the party scene but after too much partying, everyone needs a place like this to relax. They have relaxing live music and many tables where you can sit with friends and eat and drink some wine.
