National Museum
We feel like we would miss something if we did not visit the national museum of every country that we visit. Well,
The architecture of the museum is blending of colonial architect with modern (what I call ‘glassy period’ as everything modern is just putting more glass)
We walk across the street and to another block and waiting at the traffic light.
We talk among ourselves when we realized that the traffic light did not turn green for pedestrian cross for a long while. I also start to notice that there are no local waiting among us, which is when I look up and read the blue board which basically told us that there is a time when this pedestrian cross would not work! We have to walk across the street 3 times around the traffic light to walk across. Because I feel stupid for waiting for so long, when I look at the other side of the street to see another foreigner whom standing waiting to cross on the other side, I wave to get their attention and pointing at the blue board. (They must think I was a crazy man) After they also realized that the pedestrian crossing would not be working on this side of the traffic light they too also walk round the other side of the crossing. It must have been the last leg of the round crossing when I saw a local (or at least I think she is a local) jay walk cross the red pedestrian light!! After all the warning my

Well, much like a typical food court there are several vendor in 'Kopi Tiem' ranging from 'Chinese roast duck, roast pork, noodle, Thai food, etc. There is a counter there but they do not sell coupon. We can buy the food cash from each vendor and the food there is reasonably clean and yummy. It is a budget food with taste that you can find in Singapore.
