Well, we're off for 2007- 2008!

It feels good to be finally headed over the border to Mexico today after a couple of long days getting provisioned and chilling! Border crossing was relatively painless with our newly copied passports and vehicle docs. Great having a copier/fax/printer/scanner aboard. Only takes up the space of 2 peopel! Did wind up with another (are they all?) "new" young woman waiting on us who had to ask a supervisor every step of the way as she filled out all pf our forms.

Looked all over for new "old" bike for Steve to replace the one lost last year on the way into Rancho La Noria. Ended up buying a new "new" bike at then Evil Empire for a whopping $39! There will no bad feelings when it gets lost and at any rate it will make a nice gift to a nice Mexican when we leave.
