I took a little mini trip over to Vancouver to see some friends and they decided they wanted to take me to Stanley Park..and drop into the Vancouver Aquarium.
Okay now I was excited to go see Stanley Park...there is miles and miles of places to go walk, jog, explore. But my friends are not the walking type...so to the Aquarium we went.
I am not much of an aquarium person...I would rather be out exploring the park. I don't necessarily want to see dolphins and whales in s small pond, when they could be out in the ocean. I did however enjoy finding Nemo!!...I also enjoyed seeing the butterflies and exotic brids.
The aquarium is well set up, and people go there by the hundreds, they take their kids, watch all of the show and can spend a day away from the city, but still in the city and the kids learn about all the interesting things inside.
However moving right along...millions of people enjoy the shows, the kids love to watch. It was a beautiful day...I got to see some of Stanley Park. I will definitely go back so I can walk around the park...I will wait till spring when all the flowers will be coming out...and the weather is warm again!! Ohhhhhhh happy spring!!!
So away we went..some walking, seeing the vendors out with their wares, I could smell the fresh air...view some of the Vancouver skyline.
All in all it was a great day...I learned lots...saw some cool things...and enjoyed time with my friends....
Come for a walk..in the park...it's a piece of cake!!!
