We drove to Presidio area and started a looong walk all the way of Marina St. passing by the sea shores, we had a lovely sunny and warm day in january! i was absolutely lucky because the days after it got very rainy and gray. I loved this day!
We passed by large parks till we arrived to Fort Mason, this was a Fort used during World War II to send all the ships and submarines.
There is people who uses to hire bikes, for a day it cost like $27, that´s a good option too if you want to see but don´t have much time for a walk. We got to Fisherman´s Wharf where is this National Maritime Museum, we didn´t visit it.
We went back to the car and then did a short drive all over Golden Gate Bridge up north to Sausalito to have great views of the city and the bay. Sausalito is a village of whealty people, the colorful houses are crusted into the woods in the mountain, it´s pretty picturesque. You can do a nice walk on the seafront, we found an artist who uses to balance huge and small rocks one over another.
In the evening we went back to San Francisco to take another walk in Presidio Park and Japanese Garden and then we drove up to a quick stop at Telegraph Hill for some night shots over the city.
