My Parents are Coming!

This past week was fairly uneventful. I didn't have any schoolwork due, and I just hung out with friends on the weekend. Friday night we went to karaoke bar and then on Saturday a friend had housewarming party on the roof her building. It was a pretty relaxed bbq/party with quite a view. I had to leave a little early to go meet some *chilean* friends at a bar for someone's birthday. That's right, I have chilean friends now :) And we speak spanish together! I'm doing my best to practice as much as possible--that's what I'm here for after all.

This wednesday my parents arrive to stay for a week. I'm really excited. I get to be a tourist with them for the week, since I don't actually touristy stuff. They are also bringing me whole foods honey-roasted peanut butter! I'm hoping to take them to one of the beach towns nearby for the day, but we'll have to see.
