I am in my apartment and (mostly) settled. I love my new roommate, she is the best! I had my first test on Wednesday which was a little stressful, and I´m hoping that they took some pity on me, since there were a few questions I couldn´t answer, because I couldn´t figure out what they were asking. Thursday, we had a wine and cheese housewarming party at my apartment which was great. I am enjoying being able to have friends come over to the apartment just to hang out. The housewarming went well and we managed to fit more people than we thought possible into our itty bitty living room. There were a few chileans around, so there was a mix of spanish and english (spanish is always welcome!). On Friday, my roommate and I went to bible study together and then had a few friends from our bible study group over. We are the only nonChileans in the group, so we all spoke in Spanish. They hung around until 1:30 which was a good bit of practice for us. Plus, they discussed politics and culture some, so it was interesting to hear their opinions. On Saturday, we attended the Colo Colo v. Universidad de Chile soccer game. We went with colo colo, and they lost :( I didn´t really have a preference, so oh well! On sunday I went to church and studied all afternoon. It is really hard to keep up in church since it´s in spanish!!! I´ll get better. Sorry I don´t have any pictures!

Jilly, Glad to hear you, finally, are in your apartment and that all is going well. It is so nice here in PA now and you are probably having cooler weather--to be 76 degrees today--we love it!!!Keep studying and enjoying yourself. Always love you, Miem
