Winter Wonderland
So yeah, my hometown of Veitastrond, Norway, has been cut from all civilzation..ok, almost:P An avalange is blocking the road:S
Although this has little to do with travel, I thought I would share this with you. For me this much snow is totally normal, and the road is often closed my avalanges..and although the road still isnt open, it should be open again by thursday or friday (depending on the weather of course). For all norwegians in here, you might have seen this on the national news (tv2), and there are articles online on at least dagbladet.no.
Posting some pictures, so you all can see how I live. There have been some pretty close calls this winter, but luckily we are all still safe and sound:) Two sheds was taken by one avalange, and it came all the way down to a house, thankfully she wasnt at home, or else it probably would have scared her to death (old lady)...
So take a look at the pics, and come visit during the winter if you dare:P
