American Falls and the Maid of the Mist!
My friends finally get me to wake up and crawl out of bed at 10am.  We walk down "the hill" to the Falls.  I take a bunch of pictures of the American Falls and a few of the horseshoe falls.  I ask 2 girls with Penn State sweatshirts to take a group shot.  I figured PA peeps got to stick together;)  Anyway, I return the favor for them and we continue our walk down to the tourist strip which has a bunch of restuarants, souvenir shops, hotels, and the hershey store.

Ah...the hershey store = chocolate.  Yes, Hershey is in Pennsylvania.  No, the chocolate in the hershey store in Canada is different!   The chocolate that I bought in Canada tasted completely different!  I think it's the milk.  Anyway, I ended up buying stuff at a nearby souvenir shop for my family:  sister and brother in law= maple syrup, nephews and niece = canada tshirts and hats, and my other sister and brother in law= magnets and keychains.

After a nice afternoon of shopping, we walked back up "the hill" to our hotel.

Later that afternoon, I ended up meeting some myspace friends that currently live in Buffalo.  It was the first time we had met but we had exchanged plenty of emails, myspace messages, and comments for about a year.  They met me at the hotel where they could park.  We walked down "the hill" to see the falls.  They hadn't been to the Canadian side of the falls before and said the view was definitely better!  We ended up going to Guiness book of records museum, took a picture in front of the Canadian Mounted Police store, and went to the hershey store.   Afterwards, they met my friends from Philly at Rainforest Cafe for dinner.  It was definitely a fun time:)

The girls and I end up going to the Midway for some beers and try to do some mini bowling.
funny sign! Like I would climb the wall!
We end up not being able to do mini bowling since there was a long wait but instead have a superfinger marathon.  If you know the comedian Dane Cook, then you know what the superfinger is! If not, then it won't make any sense!  Anyway, one friend has difficulty doing it and we thought it was hysterical.  Actually she honestly can't do it. no matter how many beers or none.
