I got a huge surprise when developing my waterproof camera.  Apparently this is the camera I bought in the little hut before a canoe trip with Dan (who was my fiance at the time) and my parents.  The actual date is a guess, but I'm assuming this was before we were married because Dan's not wearing a wedding ring.  It was probably the same summer we were married but could have easily dated back to 2003 as well.  The camera was well travelled because I also found a few pictures from our honeymoon of a coral reef in Belize.

Mohican State Park in Ohio is a great way to spend a summer day without spending a lot of money.  There are many places to rent tubes, kyacks, and canoes for cheap.  There are trip ranging from just a few miles to multiple days.  While I've never done a river trip in the fall, I've hiked many times when the leaves are changing and it's just breathtaking.
