The Summary
A four night trip to Salzburg, home of the Sound of Music, some fabulous Christmas markets, lots of Gluhwein stalls, some fabulous shops, great restaurants and lovely people. Also visited nearby towns of St Gilgen and Mondsee, as well as Obersalzberg and Berchtesgaden in German Bavaria.
Highly recommended - a great place for a long weekend/ 5 days.
