Leaving London Pt 1

Ok, so there are plenty of entries I haven't made yet, which I will catch up on eventually. For now I'm just going to sum up my last week in the UK. This might take awhile to finish aswell!!
On the weekend of the 1st November, I had my going away party in Camden Town at my favourite cocktail bar, Bar 55. This is a bar we've frequented through out the year, from the first TB London meet up, my birthday drinks, to every other time I could get off work and catch up with mates. The bar guys new and loved us, often giving us free shooter and the music was amazing, plenty of rock, and some aussie rock at that!! The Saturday was a bit of a mission, I met Lori at the hostel we'd booked inot for the night In Kensal Green.
We were waiting for Ruby who never appeared so we went back to the hostel to get ready for the party and she finally arrived. We headed out to Camden for the party. It was a great night and most of my mates could come which was great! I didn't by myself a single drink or shot and got amazingly para. It was great to catch up with people I loved and had spent time with throughout the year. We were having a good time, Ruby got a lil tearful, I was presented with a card and lil speech which I can't remember, haha.
Ruby had too many shots and that last Sambuca shot finished her off fairly cruely. After resting on the couch, she was doubled over and painting the bar floor. WHOOPS!! I was extremely drunk at this point but remember feeling that I should be on 'Ruby-duty' as usually it's always Lori looking after her. So Mark and I somehow were in a taxi, taking her back to the hostel, but I really don't remember it. I don't remember carrying her up the stairs, or deciding that we'd pass out and not re-join the party. Very odd. Lori came in at 4am with screaming insults and punches to Mark! Hahaha.
We were all pretty buggered the next day and left eventually, getting on a train to nowhere. We got off at Paddington and hunted for a Wetherspoons, eventually finding one. I felt so ill, could barely manage my morning egg roll, while Lori had a massive plate with extras that she managed to pick through. We were hungry but too ill to really enjoy breaky. Mark left so he wouldn't have to miss his coach AGAIN! The day before he'd missed his coach from Chezzie and poor guy had to pay £81 to get to London. It would not have been the same without him though. So he and Brett left and it was just us 3 girls. We hunted for a cinema everywhere but they were only playing James Bond or high School Musical 3, so we gave up and headed to Lori's to crash out for awhile.
From Lori's we went to the Vic Park Guy Fawkes celebrations, watching the Fireworks and festivities, collecting ash in our hair and on our faces. It was a nice night and ended the weekend fairly well. We were still all feeling pretty washed out so left after the firework display. We walked forever to find bus station and after parting with Ruby, got back to Lori's. After a shower and getting into PJs, we put on Notting Hill and got through a quarter of it before realizing we were dead tired. It was good to be warm, tucked up in bed, and drifiting off to sleep!!
