Great wine

Our 1st stop

I went out to California to visit my aunt and uncle in Livermore for the week. Two of my friends came with me which turned out to be a nice and relaxing week. Livermore is in Northern California, southeast of San Francisco. San Fran is only a hour train ride on the BART.

The annual wine festival is held over Labor Day weekend every year. The cost is only $35 and let me tell you, you drink that at your first winery. You can do a share ride where a van filled with people will take you around on the wine route, we opted to find a dd and picked our wineries ourselves.

The wine is Fabulous!!! We ended up buying 2 cases of wine, but its still in California because its so expensive to ship. Its a wonderful festival and is a lot of fun. If you love wine its not to be missed.

BONUS: Its not very "touristy" so its easy to get in and out of the wineries.
