me only biking
I wasn't in good terms with my Aunt anymore. I just couldn't stand her talking bad about me behind my back. Wouldn't you get mad if your Aunt tells her friends (eavesdropped accidentally! ^^) that she pities you because you've gone crazy for 'studying' too much? She calls reading harry potter and writing on my diary studying? And she also thinks that the internet drives people mad. Aaaaand I looked ugly the other day because I was grumpy while we were walking around Chiba city? Hideous! There are so many things I don't agree with her! She wants me to stop traveling because she thinks I'm just spending too much money on it. No waaaaay! Money is not the most important thing in the world. It can be taken away from you, but the moments and places you've been to will stay with you for a long time.
So I decided to leave the house for a while and have some alone time outside. It was a nice hot summer day when I went biking for a few hours. I have been biking a lot in the afternoons and finally I have gotten used to it and rarely ran out of breath. It relaxes me especially when I don't forget to bring some music player with me. I would just bike and sing my heart out with Backstreet Boys songs (cheesy. bleh!) and there would be times that I wasn't aware of people passing by giving me akward stares (must be an N*sync fan!). But I don't care! It was my idea of fun (and now it makes me cry when I think about it because I'm such a boring person! nyahahaha).
Most of the roads in Japan are very narrow for two way lanes.
What looks like a one way lane is not really just for one lane but two. You know what I mean? I'm just trying to say they were narrow. Even for those who ride bicyles, they still have to watch out for cars passing by or coming their way. But unless you're biking on a highway, you would mostly have the road by yourself.Scenery wise, I didn't get much since there were just mostly houses and crops around. I am very impressed how hardworking the japanese are. Those who own fields of crops don't really hire other people to work for them but they work there themselves. I understand if they just can't hire people but there are some farmers who are already millionaires but they still do the work. You know what I mean? Not again? Fine.
I just biked around and around then went to some stores, took purikura and had pineapple juices which I love very much.
Took pictures while biking, while inside the dressing room (oh by the way, did you know that you have to leave your shoes outside the fitting/dressing room??), while in the stores, and while biking again. I also bought a couple of shirts I think for my brother (how sweeeet nyahahaha). Then biked around again until it was almost sunset. There was a time while I was biking, a nice lady who was working on her crops said hello to me and I said hello back. I love it when that happens! I try to smile and greet every people I meet on the streets but it feels awful when sometimes you only receive weird stares from them.It was nice to return home (despite having to be with my dear Aunt again) for a lovely dinner of Yakiniku. My favorite!!!! Nothing really major happened this day. So start writing BORING on the comment box now.
