my nails are long ahehehe

Another reason why I went to Japan at this time was to hopefully see the premiere of the latest Harry Potter movie (London was too far away from me) but I was lazy enough to have not done any research on when it's gonna be. I missed it! I didn't know the world premiere was actually in Tokyo and I just found out that Daniel Radcliffe was in the country when he was all over the TV. Bummer! He already left the country when I got back to my senses and decided to maybe catch up with the world of Harry Potter maniacs. I was soooo close!

Anyway, I was still able to watch the movie in a cinema in Chiba city.

so this is how my ticket looked like
I had to wake up early again so we could catch the bus to go there. The payment system on the buses here are different to what I have been used to.  You don't pay first yet when you get on, instead you have to pick a ticket with a number stamped on it.  In our case, we have a ticket with number 3 on it (we must have been the 3rd stop for the bus). There's a screen in front of the bus, above the driver, that tells how much we have to pay by every stop. The more stops, the more is added on our fare. Get it? No. Okay. As you get off the bus, you show (or give??) the ticket to the driver and then you will pay but not by handing out the money to him instead you put the money on the coin dispenser (you really have to have coins or else you will piss off the driver if you give them bills, seriously).
the movie wasn't sold out obviously

As we got off Chiba, we took the train to the city center. Still no luck with catching the upside down train on camera.  I was with Kenji and my Aunt.  My Aunt had difficulty with the train ticket machine and I even had to do it myself even though I have never done it before. She just finds it much more complicated to buy 3 tickets than buying 1 ticket.

We first went to buy our tickets at the cinema. My Aunt bought the tickets to the Harry Potter film in english and only with japanese subtitles. Had to explain to her that she didn't bought the one that's dubbed in japanese until it turned into a very annoying argument. She was the one who bought the ticket why blame it on me?  She is so adorable!

Before the movie started, we walked around for a bit, took some purikuras and then had lunch at Yoshinoya.

so i made Kenji looked like a girl
We went back to the cinema, bought some Harry Potter souvenirs, then argued again about the tickets.  W went inside the theater then argued again about other stuff. I love her. Anyway, we were no more than 10 people in the theater!

After the movie, I wanted to find a bookstore so I can buy the last book of Harry Potter that just came out this day. My Aunt wasn't helpful but instead kept the matters worse. We couldn't find one and I had to ask one person myself on the street if there's a bookstore around because my dear Auntie, who has lived in Japan for more than 15 years, doesn't know how to say bookstore in japanese.  But the one I asked for help didn't know where we could find one.

So we just walked around.  My Aunt even got us lost because she couldn't find our way to wherever she was planning us to go to.

wohoooooo!! the last book of harry potter
I really got grumpy because we were just walking in circles. I then just had to be the one to lead the way and finally I found a bookstore by the train station. I was so happy when I finally bought the book!!!!! On our way home I read some of the pages and I actually have read the first 3 chapters already a couple of days before when I got a copy from the internet. Well, some bloke from the internet took a bunch loads of pictures  of every pages of the book weeks before the scheduled release. He might have thought it cool to send paranoia all over the already paranoid Harry Potter maniacs.

Later that night, as I was surfing the internet (decided to read the book only once in a while to make it last longer since it's the last one), I heard my Aunt talking to my Uncle about the tickets on the cinema. She told him that poor Kenji didn't understand the movie and only I had fun because it was all in english. Ugh do I have to say this?? She bought the ticket and I only knew that it was in english after she gave it to me and I read it. I love her, I love her, I love her. NOT.
