On Tuesday had a ton more meetings during the day. They went very well and we got a lot of useful info from them that we can put to good use I get back to the US.

After work some colleagues said they were taking us to the London Eye and then dinner so that was extremely cool of them.  We left for the London Eye and took the Tube. When we got out of the tube we saw Big Ben and I took some quick snap shots. I didn't have my good camera with me so the pics may not be so great. Then we walked the rest of the way to the London Eye.

We had to wait a bit before boarding so we walked along the Thames and checked out a few restaurants and came back. Then we got on the Eye.

You get in these pod looking things and they spin as you go around the ferris wheel type um... wheel. Kind of like the Texas Star and the TX State Fair. Except it is totally enclosed, which was good cause you don't get wet if it rains and you don't feel cold or wind.

We went around once and I took some pictures and then we got off. It's a pretty cool view of London at night. I guess it's worth the price of the ticket but I'm not sure what the price was cause we didn't have to pay for it.

Then we walked back to some of the restaurants we had looked at earlier but they were either packed or not what we were looking for. So one of our colleagues said there was a good pizza place around the corner not far from where we were so we started walking. After about 10 minutes of walking he said it was just a ahead so we kept walking.

on the way to the london eye - this is BIG Ben...
After about another 10 minutes of walking he said it was just ahead again, which we didn't much believe at this point. We finally got there about 5 minutes later. It was Pizza Express.

I ordered a Jalapeno and Peperoni pizza, I couldn't believe they had that on the menu. But still no Iced Tea!!! So I ordered water instead. Close enough I guess. The pizza arrived but only less than half of it had Jalapenos so I ordered another side. The pizza was pretty good but a bit tough to eat with fork and knife, the crust was kind of hard. I was starving at this point so I didn't much mind.

After the much appreciated pizza a colleague walked us to London Bridge and I was familiar with the area so he went to catch the Tube back to his house and we walked back to our hotel.
