yes, that is a pig on grill
Well, we have free weekend ...so, we go
with our friends to south of Serbia to visit Leskovac and famous festival of
food "Leskovachka roshtiljada" ("Barbecue of Leskovac"). I
never eat so many burgers, staffed with cheese or something else. Main Avenue was
closed for traffic during feast and all its way there are grill-stands
constructed, to create many temporary restaurants.
There is no many places like Leskovac on September.
Also, we took a little trip to Vlasina Lake (hmmm, my English is not so good) ,
"Vlasotinacko jezero". After all that smoke and burgers, Vlasina was
like heaven.
Leskovacka rostiljada, pa to treba doziviti. Doduse, samo uz jednu setnju
gl.ulicom smrdila sam kao shunkica, ali kad smo se napokon parkirali i krenuli
da jedemo, nisam mogl ad abjerujem da je moguce tu kolicinu mesa izgustirat. U
ljepom sjecanju mi j eostao neki specijalitet kojeg su nazvali "djevojacki
san", lascivna opaska na oblik valjda..in any way, bilo je to mljeveno
meso punjeno sa kackavaljem, jedva sam stigla do kraja tog obroka. U hotel smo
se vise otkotrljali, nego sto smo hodali :)
