every year i find myself journeying to new mexico to visit my dad, and every year i fail to come to terms with the minor, yet shockingly sever cultural differences..

i haff returned.

so - an uneventful journey for a change. fell asleep somewhere over the atlantic to the soothing mantra of 'tea, ....tea,..... tea? anyone? no? tea..? would you like some tea? some tea? or maybe some tea? ... tea? no tea?... tea anyone?///

in minnesota connecting was suprisingly easy, faced with no queue and an immigration man that didn't appear to have something stuck up his bum was a nice surprise.. indeed he even made conversation about something other than my obvious criminality and malicious intent to repopulate his country with druggies, hippies and gingers.

so here i am. yesterday i made friends with a swarm of hummingbirds that investigated my hair.
today i go to santa fe.

more news later. and prawns. i have garlic and chilli and prawn craving. it's totally like the new cheese on toast duuude.
i will eat them ALL .
