Leaving the Snow

The snow is falling and it is only supposed to get colder once it stops; just about the time my husband, dogs, and I pack up the car and start our drive down to Florida. Packing a car is never fun and packing it in freezing cold weather is even worse but what awaits us is well worth the effort to get our rear ends on the road.
The plan is for Greg to come home early, pack the car, and then off to bed for him. At 9pm we start off on the road; with Greg at the wheel. You see, I don't like Chicago's freeways and will do anything I can to get someone else to drive in that area... even if I need to bat my eyelashes a few more times. :)
But before we can leave, I still have more packing and cleaning to do. See you on the road! :D
