We reached the hitch-hiking spot in Antwerp and manage to find a lift with a restaurant owner who was loaded with cheese. Then another ride later with an old man who brought us all the way downtown Gent and had several tips to tell about traveling in Asia.
The sun was there but the temperature was still chily, so we found a spot on the sun downtown to lie there and relax before heading to Bas (HC:deaken) to stay during the week end.
We met him and talked for a while, used the internet shortly and he invited us to restaurant at the local vegeterian dish 'Greenway' whose only exist in Leuven and Gent.
It was tasty and with Dylan we even finished the plate that someone left on his table nearly full.
Then another walk into the city to find a cafe to drink something. Laura (HC:lauraasia)and Aurelie (HC:kenza888) were in town but we couldnt join them. There was a lesbian festival meetings somewhere in town and they were both attending, we didnt notice any change of crowd in the city though but we learned about Laura's choice then! We ended up in a cafe having a drink and playing a dice game. I tried to contact Eske as well but didnt get news. Later finally we got in touch with Laura and went for another drink before heading back to Bas to sleep.
Its been another calm day and cold as well, we played The settlers of Catan and lost and watched several dvd's used the Internet and so on. Only by early evening we went out to find a place to eat but everything was closed so we bought stuff at the night store and did a pasta meal.
Laura on her side left early during the day and we would be planning of meeting her in Brussels. We laughed ourself on Bill Hicks and BlackAdder most of the night before sleeping.
