On the way to Gdansk
The funny thing is that it appeared that my lift were Polish smugglers, once we crossed the border, packs of cigarettes where coming out from every corner of the van... coming from Russia.
They brought me to Oleko where I could catch a bus immediately to Elk and there I could catch my train to Gdansk... so there has my hitch-hiking journey ended... the bus ride was short, 30 km, and then I had 2 hours to kill in Elk before boarding a 6h train ride. I went to get some food, bought the ticket and bought a bottle of wine as a christmas gift for my host Anja.
Then I boarded the train and relaxed taking a whole cabin for me and making some lunch... it was calm and quiet and relaxing as well.
About my sickness, it was pretty more well, my jaw wasnt swollen anymore, I could eat already since a few days and the pain was mostly away. It was going away everytime I took the antiobiotics from Latvia.
So I arrived in Gdansk just before midnight and I was still surprised that I heard nothing from Anja, but I went directly to her place then...
