costa rica
We've been traveling down the pacific coast of Costa Rica for a week now. Hitting different beach towns along the way. Its starting to grow on me but I didn't like costa rica at first. The reason is pretty stupid really. My spanish sucks and all the costs here are in multiples of a thousand and I can't count that high in Spanish. So I never know what anything costs. I'm getting better but mostly I hand them a bunch of money and hope they give me the correct change.
I've managed to get up a few times on a surf board. Its really tough but I'm determined to learn how. Audrey got up a few times in Nicaragua but most of the waves we've seen so far in Costa Rica have been pretty big so she as not tried. Tomorrow we're headed down to the Osa Pennsilla in the southern tip on the pacific side in hopes of seeing some wildlife.
