Day one...aalloohhaa!

I have been looking forward to this trip since my friends and I started planning it. I love the beach and island life so I was just extatic to get out of the Central Valley and see ocean!!

My roomate and I arrive, get our Rental Car ( which took longer than my liking ) then headed to Waikiki . My coworker and her bunch arrived before us and were checking in when we were on the way to the hotel. A few glitches caused us a  delay in checking in. So my roomate and I were famished and looked for a place to eat. We found Lulu's! Amazing food and great view. Right across the street from Waikiki Beach, we were able to sit facing the beach. What a welcome. After eating we headed back to the hotel. checked in and then began to soak up where we were.

That evening we ended up going to "movie on the beach" . They show a movie on a large screen on the beach and seating depends if you brougt a chair, blanket, mat or just sit on the sand. We didn't stay long, Sorry to say the movie was kind of corny. But we ended up walking around until we were all walked out! 

though it was a long day it was  a good beginning for what was a memorable trip!
