Me duelen los pies
Another weekend with another visitor... Yes, it has now been five weekends in a row when I´ve either had visitors here or I´ve gone out of town (and next weekend in Ireland will make six). I´ve loved showing my friends and family around Barcelona and loved visiting and exploring other cities around Europe. But all that travelling and exploring and playing tour guide has made my feet hurt. :-P
My friend Hilary (who I visited last week in Madrid) came to Barcelona this weekend. We had a great time at Montjuic, la Boquería, la playa, Tony´s bar and Parque Guell. The weather was beautiful and I even got some color on my skin! (But I had to use Betty´s aloe vera plant on it later... :-P). Sadly, I have major work to do this week, so I won´t be able to ¨aprovechar¨ the beautiful weather much. And I have to rest my feet so I´m ready for Ireland!
