Gold Coast

I wasn't expecting the Gold Coast to be such a big resort. Its a tacky cross between Benidorm and Miami. Surfers paradise is the central hub of partyville with not much chance of getting any sleep if you're not partying. I was down here for a bucks party and we went to the interestingly named Pink Poodle Belguim beer bar. Luckily the place didn't live up to its name. No Pink Poodles, or there owners ! Just a quirky restaurant and bar.
