Cook Islands - At last

After 27 hours of travelling I finally made it to Rarotonga the largest island in the Cooks. I'll be staying here for a week and so far my impressions are very positive. The Cooks are friendly and laidback. The beaches are idyllic with golden sand and turquoise sea and the whole island is surrounded by a reef creating a very shallow lagoon perfect for swimming and snorkelling in.

I'm looking forward to doing more of that over the coming days.
