The best view of SMA is from along Salida Real A Queretaro. There is a great spot for overlooking the city with a small parking lot along this road. You can get there even by walk from el Centro (about 20-30 minute walk).

You can basically walk safely everywhere in the town (but it is not recommended to go beyond Avenidade Guadalupe). Bring some pairs of comfortable walking shoes (all the streets in the town is covered by cobbler stones)! Taxi is very safe and reliable (daytime M$20, midnight M$30), but you won't have to worry about gaining weight if you just walk around in SMA!!
