Monocolored Rotterdam

Most of you know Rotterdam for being the second largest harbour in the world, elected best port of the world several times. Indeed the large harbour takes up a big part of Rotterdam. Some of you may know Rotterdam for its modern architecture. It is probably the only Dutch city with a proper sky line. But what hardly anyone knows, is that Rotterdam has two faces: the glass-steel-tall-modern-high-tech face and a softer, green, spacious and old face. The latter is shown in below pictures. Although, the green is all white due to the icy frost. It was the moist in the air combined with the freezing cold that made up these picturesque scenes.
