Just kidding. I begged a French woman, somehow, to loan me some money. So when we get to the destination we have to lug my luggage around for an hour looking for an ATM that actually has any cash in it. She encouraged me on my way, and my eyes returned to their original width at being in a new country.

I hopped onto the tram and starred out in wonderment at the old french buildings and small boutiques and boulangeries that I passed. The sun had gone down and all the stores had lights shining in front of them. I arrive at the dorm, and walk 20 steps in the wrong direction. I turn around, and arrive looking like what seemed to be excitement but must have seemed like bewilderment. The next morning we begin again...
