Our Property in Canyon Lake

So, ultimately we ended up buying a little over 1/2 acre on the south side of the lake in the newest Ensenada Shores subdivision called Las Brisas. It has more elevated lots and closer proximity to the lake itself. The piece of land we bought has 1/2 acre of empty grass to our left and then the community center with the Olympic sized pool. There is going to be a man made stocked lake within the gated subdivision and hiking and biking trails. Access to the golf course next door and membership to the local marina available as well. One of the things I love about the marina there is you can rent boats. You play a flat fee (I think he said it was $70 a month) and you have full use of all their equipment - power and sail boats, party pontoon boats, and wave runners, etc.
Anyways, here are some pictures of our land as the building progresses. We bought pre-development so it was on spec - no roads, no utilities, nothing. Our land actually has to be grated and all the trees/bushes removed before you can even begin to build. There is one restriction though as I believe the large oak trees are protected and they cannot be removed unless there is absolutely no other way to build around them.
Due to the pending divorce, we recently put the property on the market since we obviously aren't going to be moving there anytime in the future now! I really hate to get rid of it but if I kept it, I would likely just build a vacation home on it and I'm not sure how often I'd even get out there with all the other places I want to see.
Hopefully I will get out there soon though to photograph the progress on the development and see what the property itself looks like now. The few recent photos were sent by the realtor and our sales guy from the builder.
