Blue Mountains
Arrived in katoomba around 2.30 today, met sin right away, found my hostel without too much back and forth walking, even if i couldn't remember the name of the place, and then we headed towards the three sisters.
It sure was an amazing sight, I can't believe it's in walking distanse from everything, and they're a lot bigger than i had imagined from the pictures... then we went back up again, heard some thunder and saw some lightning, but the rain seemed to be a bit further away still, so we were hot and sweaty and just yucky. and definetely not in good enough shape to be climbing those stairs... but we sat down and relaxed when we got back to town, so it was all good. then sin left me to go back to leura, and two minutes later it started pouring...
decided not to bother going out for dinner, so i ended up eating peanut butter sandwiches instead, very healthy. oh well... it was the healthiest bread i could find at coles... and it was pretty good too, even if it was a bit too soft for my liking.
then i spent hours waiting for the computer, since there is only one working ehre at the moment... should really have done laundry instead, but i think i'll save that fort tomorrow :p
going to make it a very early night tonight, just have to make my bed first... :S
