For this trip, yes - I went on company trip and the itinerary was prepared by the agency. The places we visited is a common 'must-see' spot, though I forgot where the cultural show was at, definately on the way from Bkk - Pattaya..
when I was there we didnt get to go around Pattaya much, just a day trip to coral island.
