Me and my friend made this trip through Europe in summer 2006.

Prague

This place brings back some good memories. I was here with my classmates in -03 and it was so much fun! And because of that we have seen all "the tourist things" so we had time to relax and just wander around the town. Charles Bridge was a must see of corse, and then we walked to Prague Castle, but we didn´t enter. I went to listen some amazing classical music performance there, and it was just amazing!! What can I say, piano, violin and flute.. They were performing in this little chamber somewhere in the castle, I felt myself so royal:D

After that I just walked in the rain, it was nice change after that Budapest´s +40C!! After all I´m from Finland so I´m more used to cold than hot climate!!:D But I had to buy an umbrella, because it really started to rain a lot! I went to the hostel and just read and talked to people. Even the hostel brings back a lot of memories, and I felt myself so nostaltic. I really like Prague a lot!
I have been here twice -03 and -06. Breakfast is included. It´s not the tidyist hostel where I have been, but it´s cheap and nothing major problems. Showers are little rusty but beds are clean and people there are great! It´s easy to make friends there. It´s like 12€/night or more, it depends where you are sleeping. Students with ISIC card should have some kind of discount. You have to pay a little deposit exchange for the key to your room. There is a kitchen where you can make your own meals. It´s quit near the old town central and train station. There is a metro stop near also, and grocery shop.
