Look! There's a baby chained up over there!
Since I first decided to travel I had been looking forward to seeing Prague, and going to Kutna Hora. I was not dissapointed, I could easily spend more time discovering this beautiful old city. We arrived in Prague hoping to meet up with some fire twirling people at Vysehrad and we hoped that we'd be staying with someone from the group that I had contacted a long time in advance before coming to Prague. We set about getting to Vysehrad carrying all our gear through the city and then through the crowded underground metro system, not paying the extra ticket for our large bags, and from our closest stop all the way to the citadel area, only to find... no fire. Mieke sat down for a while while i ran around the citadel walls, having a great view of prague by night, but not finding anyone that we were hoping to find. So after a while we decided to head back into the old town, find some internet, and find somewhere to stay. It was then we discovered via an email that there would be no one waiting for us, but hopefully we'd meet up with them at another time. This never happened, we found a campsite and met some nice old Dutch people who were going to the same campsite, and they decided to grandparent us a bit, and gave us a some Austrian alcohol to keep us warm in our tent.

I agree Kevin, beautiful city but it's becoming very touristy, shame.

I was in Prague last summer, and I fell in love with the city. Don't you think it's one of the most beautiful cities in the world? My first view of the Charles Bridge and the Castle took my breath away.
