My fave two girls!
I was soooo happy when Nancy and Belinda said they wanted to have brunch in the morning! I met Nancy before in LV and thought this Minnesota girl was the bee's knees but didn't get to talk to her too much at that meet. On the night of the LA meet, I was holding a table for a good handful of people that were going to arrive late. Nancy walked in, sat down, ordered the yummiest tasting drink (and shared it with me) and proceeded to chat about my two new favorite subjects of all time - copping a feel on Julian McMahon and buying condoms in bulk. =) Oh lord she had me laughing so hard.
So we made vague plans for brunch until Belinda stepped out the door and was like "what's going on?" Whenever I see Belinda I think of The Waffle because 30 min notice on a Sunday and Belinda will BE THERE.

Unless she's on some crazy diet. And even then she may just show up! =) So we agreed to txt each other upon waking and head over to the Waffle in Hollywood. It was so much fun because Belinda and Nancy both give off the same cool, smart, fun and head-on-straight vibe that I totally miss from my old east coast friends. To spend a few hours with them was such a delight!
Brunch of course was another story fest of exploding apartment buildings, potential trips to Jamaica (ahem! take me! But I don't like all-inclusive resort type things..) and of course weird boys who do all the wrong things on dates. I love love love these girls and I hope Nancy eventually makes her way here (just keep going west, ok?) and Belinda ditches her man and comes to hang out with me more often! ;)
Except for the awful wait of 1 hour for a stinkin' waffle, it was such a lovely Sunday =)
