Today was much more relaxed but started with an early alarm clock. Local time the crucial, must - win, Liverpool v Marseille game was at 6.45am so me and white got up to watch it. Turned out to be worth it after a great 4-0 win, then we had breakfast which was free in the bar and went back to ebd again.

When we eventually got up again, we caught the train up to Greensborough to meet Loren and Nikki (Rob's girlfriend) who is really nice, and got to the pool. It was empty compared with last year but it was really hot so quite nice to relax. Rob (Lorens brother) came along later on. Shockingly, white must not have thought he'd burn and didnt put sun tan lotion on his face or back so is now BRIGHT red!

After a couple of hours Nikki drove us all back to Lorens house where we ate some left over chops and fried eggs before heading down to watch the netball Grand Final that Erin and Loren were playing in. In started a quite tense match but in the end their team, The Tanks, walked it. They got presented with champagne glasses and then went home. We got dropped off at the train station and they all went out for after game drinks with the team.

Back at the hostel, i was planning on catching up on some sleep but we saw a poster offering 2 for 1 pithcers of beer down in the bar so we went and got those. It was a cool night, apart from the Aussies who just LOVE to chat at the urinal....
