I flew down to Portland Oregon to pick up my new truck (old, but new to me). My friend Kert went with me for I would have help driving, plus he'd never been to Alaska. It was a win-win situation!

We hung around Tacoma that morning and farted around....We were in no hurry.

 We headed out on the open road around 1 in the afternoon (ish).

We drove on and on and on and on.........
