Why UAE???

In my awesome four years at Oklahoma City University (many moons ago) I was blessed with the opportunity to befriend students from all over the world.  One of these is Eisa of the United Arab Emirates.  Last year, at my prodding, he sent his younger brother, Mohamed, to school at OCU as well and we have taken him in as a part of our family.  When Eisa suggested that we bring the family to UAE to see the wonderful places and taste the incredible food, we just couldn't say, "No."  So, here we are...let the adventure begin!
