Family of four visiting friends in United Arab Emirates, Dec 2007.

Oh man! Oman!

Here we are in Oman (national flag in the background) with Hareb
I'm beginning to see the connection between Sean and Eisa; both of them like to take the scenic route without disclosing the destination or estimated time of arrival to the passengers.  Today we took the BMW 745LI (we let the Q7 recover) through Dibba until the mountains began closing on the sea.  Suddenly, Eisa informs us that we have arrived at Oman (WHAT?!)  No border patrol, no passports.  Just new flags and a lot of desolate places.  We took a few pictures of the beautiful scene before heading back to visit a Mosque that dates back to the 1400s.  It was fun to have Harib riding along with us.  Huda, Sheika, Abdullah, and Hamed stayed back in Fujairah for the day.  They ordered Lebanese Shwarma wraps for us.
