Kilkenny

After that we were on our way to Killkenny. Kilkenny's rich medieval heritage is evident in the city's treasure trove of historical buildings and landmarks. This is exemplified by the magnificent Kilkenny Castle. Kilkenny is arguably the pre-eminent medieval city in Ireland, with the current layout of the city clearly grounded in the city's medieval roots.
Once we got to Killkenny we found a B&B and got settled in. I went to explore the town while Ed read. It's a cool town with a lot of shopping and things to do. The B&B let us borrow their charger, so we have pictures of Killkenny!
That night we saw "Angels and Demons" a the local theatre since it had just come out!
This cute little B&B is right in the middle of downtown Kilkenny, just a block away from the castle. We forgot our camera charger and they were nice enough to let us borrow one of theirs. I felt like I was staying at home when I stayed here!
