This resort compared to the last was very basic, much smaller and only a handful of staff. Chris had a bit of an issue with the manager here as he booked an extra day when he shouldn't have, so they were a bed short. The manager said he had to pay extra for the inconvenience caused, his actions set the mood for the day.
We realised it had been a few days since we had checked our emails, so once our bags were dropped off in the dormatory, we decided to take a walk across the island to the other side to check out our possibilities. We found a very posh resort on the other side of the island that was charging people $15 (Fijian) an hour, very expensive but what you going to do on an island in the middle of the Yasawa's?
Later that night, we had our dinner and had to introduce ourselves to our group and their male host 'Queene', hence the name you'll guess why. Most of the group decided to go to bed after their food, it was so boring here at night, not much going on here compared to the last resort. Me & Chris decided to play cards with a few others and got any early night after a couple of Fiji Gold's!
