Ivy and me

Last Wednesday I met Samantha(samantha_wan) and Ivy from Malaysia in Nagoya. First we went to the Nagoya city science museum. I had visited the next-door Nagoya city art museum several times, but I've never visited the science museum. We arrived at Fushimi at 13:00. Unfortunately there was only one vacant seat at the next planetarium show from 13:50. The show after next would start 15:10. What should we do at this extra time? We decided go to Nagoya Castle. Nagoya castle is located near Nagoya City hall subway station. By 10 minutes' subway, we arrived at Nagoya City hall subway station. Nagoya castle was rebuilt in 1959, so it was very modern. Thanks to the elevator, we could look inside of Nagoya castle in a short time.

The main enclosure was luxurious. We went back to Fushimi by taxi, so we were able to catch the planetarium show. This planetarium was perfected four years ago. After the show Samantha and I looked the exhibits of the science museum. I was not good at science at all, but it was fun to see the exhibits. Recently we had experienced various kinds of natural calamities in Japan, so I thought of the importance of natural science. We went to Ootoya to eat dinner. Samantha was really filial to her mother Ivy. I was very impressed to see her kindness.  After a night flight from KL , they might have been tired. Besides, it might have been very tight schedule for them in a rainy day. But I hope they had a good time in Nagoya.
