What I have to do when I get back

Every time I go back to Bogota, it only gets better and better. Can't run out of things to do!!! This is a quick summary on general travel advise and the 3 days I spent here on my last trip to Colombia (November 2007)

What I have to do when I get back

November 28, 2007
  • Spend more time in The Botero Museum.
  • Go to the Museum of Gold, La Casa de la Moneda, Museo del Banco de la Republica.
  • Go to the 20 de Julio Museum- a copy of the declaration of Independence is here and the house is also the house where all the revolution started.
  • Visit Monserrate - the church on top of the hill.
  • Take a day trip to Zipaquira where the Salt Cathedral is located.
  • Take a day trip to Villa de Leyva: a colonial town about 1 hr ouside the city limits.
