Prague is a very beautiful city! It has about twice the population that Krakow does, but I'd say quite a bit more than twice the number of tourists (at least this is my impression from the very short time I was there). Prague also seems to embrace its past & present relationship with Russia {((EDIT ... I shouldn't have said 'embrace' but something like 'play it up for tourists' ... see comments below))}, whereas I find very little Russian culture/language in Krakow even though Krakow is closer to Russia. (This makes sense with Poland & Russia's troubled history with each other - which I certainly don't need to go into in a Prague blog)
We saw a few of the main attractions today. Obviously with only two "not full" days there, there was no way to see or do everything, but I think it was a good introduction to the city for me.
