The Plane ride to San Jose was uneventful, other then we started to celebrate our vacation then. We arrived around 10pm and caught a shuttle to our Hotel. Checked into our room and proceded to see what all the music was. We ended up partying until 3am and possibly had too much to drink.
Day 1:    What we didn't expect was the rental car agent to show up at 7am to deliver our car (the treo). So much to our pain (from being hung over) we had to bring out passports, drivers license, and ourselves to the lobby to attempt to fill out paper work.
We managed the paperwork and proceded to head to the town of Quepos near where we were staying. One of the first things we found out was second gear in our Treo tended to grind every time I shifted into it, making it sound like the whole engine and transmission was going to fall out. The winding mountain roads and diesel fumes from the busses really don't help with a hangover. I had to stop for Eric a couple of times to catch some fresh air and stop the world from spinning.
Arrival to the resort was accomplished, and we checked into the villa which was a lot nicer than we expected.
