Rebecca is 22 today. We are had a get together for her tonight. I got her a really rad beanie at the Christmas Market bhind Wenceslas Square earlier in the day. I want it to be mine! That is how awesome it is... I bought a ticket to see Zlatovlaska (Goldilocks the ballet) at Stavovske Divadlo. I will be going on Dec. 7th with Jeanette. Oh, I think I forgot to mention my experience with the Devil's Bible. It was a lot bigger than I had suspected. Only ten people could go in and see it at one time. We walked into an empty room and then into another, which contained the book. It was pretty neat to see. Too bad the guy only spoke in Czech. It was opened up to a page that had a picture of the Devil. The story is this: (learned from the internet before coming to Prague) A monk had been working on the book for a while and was not going to make his deadline. So, he called upon the Devil for help and he finished it in one night. -- Why a monk would call upon the Devil for help is beyond me. But, so says the story. I guess the book contains the Bible, stories, and various pictures. During one of the wars that the Czech Republic has seen, the Swedish stole the "Devil's Bible' and have refused to give it back. I think the Czech Republic should be able to keep it since it is truly theirs!! It won't happen, but it should!!
