Layman's Corn maze

Bryden's school planned a field trip to Layman's corn maze to pick apples, pumpkins and to go get lost in the corn maze. The maze is pretty neat when seen from an airplane. It is a picture of a tractor with some pumpkins beside a fence, infront of some mountains. You can google it and see for yourself.
We had fun taking a hay ride to the pumpkin fields, and the kids took so long to choose "the one" they wanted. The farm had placed smaller sized pumpkins on the ground in a field so they little kids didn't have to pick them off the plants....and also so they picked ones they could carry.
There was a "sandbox" filled with corn kernals and a bunch of old matresses covered in hay that was really fun for jumping around in. Bryden was too timid to try it on her own, so I braved it with her. We had a blast! In the corn maze, Hayden kept running off, and then you could hear him calling out "come find me". it's tough to find someone in there when you don't know which direction you're going anyways. I should have tied him to my arm or something so I didn't lose him. All in good fun. After wandering the maze for a while, we finally made it out in once piece. I think one of the farm hands actually had to come and find our group inside the maze, even though there are a few signs that try to point you in the right direction.
